Three students were killed and six others, including a teacher, were injured in a shooting at a high school in rural Oxford, Michigan, in the northern United States on Tuesday (30) by a 15-year-old youth. ,
Michael McCabe of Oxford, Michigan, police said the alleged perpetrator, who also attends the school, was arrested and a pistol confiscated after the attack.
“There was no protest during the arrest and the suspect asked for a lawyer,” the Oakland County, Michigan Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

The shooting took place in Oxford, a small town 65 km north of Detroit.
Police said they received more than 100 calls to 911 emergency service shortly after noon, and the sniper fired between 15 and 20 shots in five minutes with a semi-automatic pistol with multiple magazines.
Officials said the suspect was taken into custody five minutes after the first call to 911.
