‘I really felt like I was going to be a coward’: Nadia Bartel believes the epidemic has been ‘a good thing’ and ‘fun’ because she was ‘in good health’ and had a chance to recharge.
Nadia Bartel may be in Melbourne – one of the cities in Australia affected by the Covid-19 epidemic – but she sees the reverse of the crisis.
Told WAG Were the Herald This weekend when she feels that this period has given her a much needed opportunity to recharge.
The 35-year-old said: ‘I really feel like Kovid, for whatever reason, it was probably going to happen, because we all meant to be slow.’

WAG told The Herald Sun earlier this week that he felt the period had given him much-needed opportunity to recharge and work on his well-being.
The budding fashion designer praised her extra time working on her gym-honored body, and formed a bond with her two sons, Aston, Char, and Hanley.
“I personally feel it’s been a good thing. I have really entered my fitness, I have really connected with the boys and recharged, ‘he said.
Nadia further said that she is focused on becoming a ‘more spiritual person’ and incorporating breathing techniques and meditation into her routine.
The 35-year-old said: “I really feel like Kovid, for whatever reason, it probably would have happened, because we all mean to slow down.”

“I think the real time has come to take time out and sit and make peace with things and focus on that … it was fun and good to focus on something,” he said.
The comments come after a difficult year for Nadia, who broke up with her AFL star’s ex-husband Jimmy Bartel.
The couple, who share two sons, announced their separation in August last year, but it is believed that they actually separated two months ago.

Fun: ‘I think it’s been a good time to refocus and almost sit back and make peace with things and focus on it … it was fun and good to focus on something,’ she said.
Shortly after the announcement of the split, Jimmy went public with his new friend, office worker Lauren Mand.
Meanwhile, Nadia was recently spotted with her ‘new boyfriend’ Nathan Brody.
The pair were first spotted together last month when they ran through Melbourne’s Albert Park.
