- Google Drive introduces nifty feature for offline access, files can be accessed without internet

Google Drive will now support offline mode as well. The company has announced this in one of its blog posts. That is, now users can access files, PDFs and photos on Google Drive without internet. However, for this you have to mark these files offline beforehand. After this these files can be opened through browser in offline mode.
Google Drive needs to be installed on PC to use the feature
Let us know that Google started beta testing this feature in 2019 and now this feature is being rolled out to all users. To use the feature, Google Drive’s desktop app must first be installed on Mac or Windows. Apart from this, offline access option has to be enabled in Drive settings on the web. After the set-up process is complete, right-clicking on the file will show the Available offline toggle.
You can also buy extra storage
The service is available for all Google Workspace customers as well as Cloud Identity, Cloud Identity Premium, G Suite Basic and Business customers. Google is also releasing it for those who have personal accounts.
If you’ve exhausted your 15GB of free storage, you can purchase additional storage to continue backing up content to Google Drive. There are different monthly and yearly plans available for Indian users.
200 GB storage space will be available for 200 rupees
Google is offering 100 GB storage space for Rs 130 per month. If you need more space, then Google has a plan of Rs 650 per month, in which you will get 2TB of storage. In addition, Google is also offering a plan of Rs 200, in which you will get 200 GB of storage space.
