If NRIs want to open a bank account in India, they have to wait for 182 days in India and then get the Aadhar card. But with the new order in August 2021, NRIs will no longer have to wait for 182 days to get the Aadhaar card.

Similarly Aadhaar is mandatory even if you have to do any real estate business in India. Adar is mandatory for everything like buying a house, buying land, buying a house building permit.
