The US embassy and consulate in Brazil already signed MoUs to strengthen bilateral relations with other Brazilian states, such as So Paulo, Espírito Santo, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paraná, Pernambuco and Mato Grosso Huh.
