The United States reached another team game final. At the Tokyo Olympic Games. The US women’s basketball team confirmed their superiority as they beat Serbia 79-59 in the first semi-final this morning. Now, North Americans await the winner of the second semi-final between Japan and France, which will take place this Friday at 8:00 AM (Brasilia time).

The United States began the match with a lead and had no difficulty in taking the lead in the first quarter: 25 to 12. American dominance continued in the second, from 41 to 23, with several errors by the Serbs.
In the third quarter, there was more balance, with America’s athletes saving and Serbia going up. Even so, however, the Americans continued with a comfortable score of 58–39. With the game practically guaranteed, the final quarter sealed the American victory by a margin of 20 points: 79-59.
Since 1992, the US women’s basketball team has not lost a single game at the Olympics. Since then, the Americans have won 54 games. He has six consecutive Olympic gold medals in the sport.
