The United Kingdom added 51 deaths and 92,368 new cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours. Cases are rising again compared to yesterday, yet there are no more than 100,000 new cases.
Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 17,315,893 cases of infection and 155,754 deaths linked to SARS-Cov-2 in the United Kingdom.
In hospitals, 15,938 people are currently hospitalized, of whom 535 are in intensive care units.
With regard to vaccination, data released today shows that 52,345,158 people (91%) have already been given a single dose of the vaccine against Covid-19, while 48,416,498 (84.2%) have already completed Vaccination program. As a booster dose, 37,303,021 people have already been vaccinated (64.9%).
